Who We Look For:

5+ years of professional experience
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture
Canadian Architecture License
Proficiency in design phases from Schematic Design to Construction Administration
Experience with new builds as well as major additions and renovations
Strong ability to independently develop and coordinate detailed architectural construction documents
Excellent communication skills and fluency in English (spoken and written)
Strong understanding of construction methods and experience working with detailing standards, building codes, by-laws, and accessibility requirements
Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe and Microsoft Suites
Strength in conveying project objectives, narratives, and concepts
Capable of generating design options collaboratively and of taking the lead on project direction
Excellent time management skills to handle evolving deadlines and client expectations
